Great addition to my medic kit. Allows for quick access to my cloth litter and the two compartments on the outside can hold needed accessories. Construction is good and the color is spot on

EVAC sleeve is one of the best investments in gear you could purchase. Having access to a soft litter without having to open your bag allows for rapid deployment, also clearing space from your bag. The sleeved pouches on the side allow for additional TQ/Soft-T or webbing for quick drags.
