Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Blue Tide Innovations LLC. We are committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly and accurately as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page or at checkout.

Orders containing made-to-order, custom, or temporarily out-of-stock items may require additional processing time. If an item has a specific lead time, that lead time will be communicated on the product page or with your order confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the available carrier services.

We currently ship orders using carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Blue Tide Innovations' control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and shipping method selected.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information when available.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been picked up by the carrier.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Blue Tide Innovations is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, weather-related delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier's tracking information and, when appropriate, help initiate a carrier investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or been shipped.

Orders returned to Blue Tide Innovations due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and products.

We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution and, when applicable, assist with a shipping carrier claim.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Blue Tide Innovations is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or import requirements.

Military, Government, and Institutional Orders

For military, government, law enforcement, EMS, and other institutional orders, shipping requirements may differ from standard consumer orders.

If your organization requires specific shipping instructions, carrier accounts, purchase order information, delivery documentation, or other requirements, please provide those instructions when placing the order or contact us before shipment.
