Great construction, materials, and finish. With the right inserts this will keep you from “yard-sailing” your meds every time you open the case. Fits well in all the bags I have used it with. 10/10 would buy again.

The NARCO pouch holds all of my drugs, needles and syringes nicely. Its compact and can fit in my bag without needing to take space away from other equipment

Hey, just wanted to let you know an update on how I've been using the system.

I'm using the NARC in my pocket. I can tell you, even after I was slamming against it whenever I was going up under a bush or not being super gentle with it, on active missions and not just training, everything survived in there except two of my 1ml ampules. Some of them survived and that's just the reality as we have a lot of ampules here, but everything was right where I needed it, it stayed in place, nothing moved, and it kept everything secure.
I absolutely love the drug box, and like I said, the team is really excited to get some use out of them too.
Sadly, my helmet cam died and I wasn't able to get the footage, but it is awesome!
I threw on a black Lumimod washer and anytime I need to bring it out, just enough sunlight got through my pocket, but it was able to make that bead glow very lightly and it was just a nice easy pull to open it.
