This organization system ROCKS. I needed it for a RTF trauma bag and boy does it deliver! I've ran several really nasty train wreck traumas, from a high speed ejection to a 40 foot head first fall into a hose connection, and the 1 thing i DON'T have to worry about is my medication storage and rummaging through a tackle box to get TXA and a syringe.

Just what I was looking for

Very well thought out product. I love the way the med draw needles fit perfectly under the syringes.

One place for the important things

Where I am currently working as a flight nurse, our hospital loves bags… but that means going into different compartments for different compartments. Having my important drugs; narcs, benzos, and push dose pressors… all in the same place streamlines my care and reduces movement in the air craft. What we currently store our narcs in did not fit well in my flight suit pocket and was cumbersome to get out when seated, the NAR Armadillo case fits much better and is easier to remove from my pocket in a pinch. I am looking forward to the soft case option (whenever available) to reduce bulk in my pocket. Quality of product is sturdy and the bands secure the vials, syringes, and abojet vials well and I don’t have any worry of them becoming lose and potentially breaking. Looking forward to showing it off more and hopefully getting away from our current storage solutions.

Howdy! I'm a rural, small town volunteer paramedic in Texas, i recently purchased your NARCO panel and have now been using it for a month or 2. Id like to give you my feedback:
